Pet Policy

Up to three pets welcome per home (max of 2 dogs on 2nd and 3rd floors).

Pet Fees

$300 non-refundable for first pet
$200 non-refundable for each additional pet
$200 deposit for each pet
$15 monthly per pet

Breeds

We know pets are an important part of the family. We are excited to welcome most dog breeds, with the few exceptions below:
Chow
Rottweiler
Staffordshire Terrier
Pit Bull
Doberman Pinscher
Mixed breeds containing any portion of the above breeds,
dogs resembling the above breeds, and/or certain Mastiff breeds.

Hound Mound Flower Mound Dog Park, a favorite local spot for dogs of all ages and sizes, is only 4.3 miles away.

You can also take your pet for a stroll around the neighborhood.
We are also pleased to offer pet stations placed in convenient locations throughout the property.
